Carrie, Martina on Tuesday Night Opry

Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride head the lineup for the final Tuesday Night Opry show for 2008, Dec. 16, at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Also performing are Opry members Bill Anderson, Little Jimmy Dickens and Diamond Rio, along with Julianne Hough. A one-hour portion of the show will be taped for GAC’s Opry Live telecast, Saturday, Dec. 20, at 9 p.m. ET. The Tuesday Night Opry will return on March 3, 2009, for a ten-month run and the Opry’s new Thursday show, Opry Country Classics, is set to begin March 26.
