Backstage Burger

Keith Urban knows there’s nothing better on his summer tour than great fans, great music and great grilled food.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • One 1-ounce packet Hidden
  • Valley Original Ranch
  • Salad Dressing &   
  • Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 onions
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • ½ cup KC Masterpiece
  • Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat a charcoal grill until coals are red.
  2. Combine ground beef, Hidden Valley and water in a large bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 6 burger patties.
  4. Slice onions into ½-inch slices.
  5. Place burger patties and onion slices onto hot grill.
  6. Cook for about four minutes.
  7. Flip burgers and onions and grill done to your liking.
  8. Serve burgers and onions on a roll brushed with barbecue sauce.

Serves 4–6
